A subtle but often deceptively intense style of Yoga where floor poses are held for an extended period of time (2-15 minutes per pose) to facilitate connective tissue release and create increased flexibility and resilience in the body. Perfect for athletes or anyone who experiences tightness in the hips, legs, or low back. Yin yoga is a great cross-training option for other sports and workouts. Intensity: moderate to high. Tempo: slow. Recommended for those with some Yoga experience.
