Elsa Nicholson is a graduate of the Latitudes Yoga Co. She is an E-RYT 200 yoga instructor and a 200hr Instinctive Meditation Coach. She has been teaching yoga since May 2016 in many styles of yoga, including Gentle Yoga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Mindful Yoga, Slow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Received her Yin certification in 2018 with Beloved Yoga.
Elsa was an avid runner and boot camper but after many years of dealing with running related injuries, she started practicing yoga with the intention of finding an activity to "stretch" until she could return to running. Her yoga journey began as a participant in daily Instagram Ashtanga challenges where she discovered a creative outlet for her yoga practice.
Elsa's primary focus as a teacher is: Give students the ability to mindfully enjoy movement in their bodies, connect with their breath and discover freedom within the mind. Elsa is currently in training to obtain her 500 RYT with Authentic Movements Yoga teacher training program. She is also a Registered Dietitian and loves sharing her knowledge of eating mindfully, strong self-care practices and living life well.
